HDL Load Error for Hiring former Contractor as Employee

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has experienced and resolved how through HDL to load adding a Work Relationship as an employee that was formerly a contractor.

Scenario: Person was a contractor previously with our organization and terminated as a contractor 4 years ago.   We have an integration to load employee hires for a specific population workers.  When I attempted to load initially it ad an error because the enterprise validation settings identified this person already existed because found a match of the National  ID.
