Not able to link an Elements to an Individual Compensation Plan

Created a new Elements (for company car) and it is not visible when I try a search from the compensation plan.

Hello,

I created a new Element from the task "Elements" for company car. 

I need to link it to a new individual compensation plan. When I try to search it from the tab "option", it does not appear, while other elements created do. I attached a picture to better understand where is my issue.

Is it something wrong about my element's configuration?
