Regarding the effective dates in payroll processing for costing results

Can we run the Costing Reports and the Create Accounting based upon an action date and not the pay date

We have biweekly payroll calendars where sunday is start of pay period(lets say May 31st 2020) and Saturday will be end of pay period(lets say June 13 2020) with process date as Friday(+5 days from pay period end date i.e June 19 2020). We start processing payroll to pay employees on time every pay period starting Monday (from the above example lets say it is June 15 2020). Now when we run the costing report after the payroll calculation we want to choose process start date and end dates as "action date"(when payroll is being submitted i.e June 15 2020) instead of using
