Sourcing logic for requsitions Supplier vs Inventory-Internal Material Transfer

Need to derive requisition line source type (inventory vs supplier) based on available inventory qty

Hi, we have enabled self service procurement feature for internal material transfers.  The requisition line source defaults to inventory if the PIM attributes 'Internally Transferable' and 'Transfer Orders Enabled' are checked.  Our requirement is as follows at the time of requisition line entry (when user enters item number and tabs out of item field):

If inventory quantity available for item is sufficient based on requisition line qty, default source to Inventory

if inventory quantity is not sufficient for item to support requisition line qty, default source to Supplier
