Hello from OCI Customer Support! A Quick Update on the OCI General Forum

My name is Mike and I am part of the OCI Customer Support team in the role of OCI Support Community Manager. I work with our Customer Support Engineers to help try and resolve issues folks are having within the Oracle community forums. We have a great community of OCI users here, and we are dedicated to helping you, while also engaging and continuing to grow it.
To further help and grow the community, we have officially begun monitoring the forums. In the coming weeks you will see an increase in activity by OCI Customer Support Engineers to assist as needed here in Customer Cloud Connect. We don't want to take away from the amazing impact that our community of users has had by helping one another, but sometimes there is that one random thing that isn't in a piece of documentation that having someone on the inside can help with.
