Hello,

I have a requirement where us our customer wants to Inactive the Account. The Account details should be available in the UI level with status as Inactive. Hope in CX sales we have an option to Delete the Account and once deleted it will be removed from UI level (Soft delete)

Is there any option to Inactive Customer option in the Application.
