HCM Cloud connection not working after the latest patch update

Hi Team,
We are experiencing the below issue when creating a new HCM Cloud connection:
When specifying the connection with the complete WSDL its failing:
https://****.oraclecloud.com/hcmProcFlowCoreController/FlowActionsService?WSDL
with the below error:
Unable to test connection CatalogService.
- CASDK-0003: Unable to parse the resource, https://fa-epmd-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/hcmProcFlowCoreController/FlowActionsService?WSDL/fndAppCoreServices/ServiceCatalogService?wsdl. Verify that URL is reachable, can be parsed and credentials if required are accurate; WSDLException: faultCode=INVALID_WSDL: The document 'https://fa-epmd-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/hcmProcFlowCoreController/FlowActionsService?WSDL/fndAppCoreServices/ServiceCatalogService?wsdl'; contains HTML tags.
