I am trying to hide a field from employee in a person Talent Profile

Content

We have a requirement to hide a field in one of the Person profile for employees. We have created a custom Person profile with fields Employee comments and Manager comments. We want to hide Manager comments field when Employee opens the screen to enter details in this profile.

About me --> Quick Action --> Skills and Qualifications is the navigation. We have upgraded Talent profile to Enhanced Talent Profile Management we are using new RUI screens hence using this navigation.

I tried using below EL expression in fields Visible property –
