Role Access is not working as expected in HSDL

HI Team,

We have created two HSDL ((for US LDG and UK LDG) templates using ElementEntry  Object and we are tried restrict the US template to US payroll Admin and UK template to UK payroll admin. I have attached the US role to US template and tried to login as UK employee but still UK employee able see the US template (The UK employee don't have the role which we assigned in the Role access section)

Please share possible solution for this issue.
