Dear Experts,

We have following requirement.

Government had allocated grant to two different organization. I.e Government had allocated total grant of 10,000/- to Organization A 6,000/- and Organization B 4,000/-. Government pay full amount 10,000/- to organization A. Once grant is received by organization A. it will create payable invoice for 4,000/- to pay organization B.

I had some queries regarding solution. Require solution for organization A point of view only.

  • Create Award with 10,000. The problem is government had allocated 6,000/- to organization A, why create Award for 10,000/-. Organization A will create payable invoice for 4,000/- to pay organization B. Why organization will book cost of 4,000/- as supplier cost for project, as it is not project cost, It is grant amount of organization B which was credited to organization A.

Howdy, Stranger!
