Trying to find a way to view candidate disposition codes in ORC.

Is there any way to see the disposition reason code used by the Recruiter or selected by the Candidate in ORC? I know you can pull the codes to reporting, but I was hoping to find a way that other users could see the code in ORC. Currently, every where I see the disposition showing up in the candidate record it just says "Rejected by Employer"and there doesn't seem to be any way or any place to see why the person was rejected.
