Career Site - Populate Job Description Preview

How do you configure the career site to show the job description preview?

I've noticed that a few companies/organizations have been able to populate a short job description preview on the career site. I haven't been able to find instructions on how to do this. Can someone provide guidance? I looked at the Implementing ORC guide and it wasn't referenced.

I've included a screenshot of what I mean. On our page, the white box under the job title is currently blank (or maybe just white text). I tried to change a few of the color codes but none of them seemed to match this specific area.
