Resume coverage after suspension or LOA
Summary
Resume coverage after suspension or LOAContent
When an employee goes on unpaid LOA, the benefits end. When an employee returns from LOA, the benefits need to default to the same plan and option that the employee was in prior to benefits ending. I can use a default FF to do everything but default the dependents into the plan/option.
If the benefits did not end, this would not be an issue.
Has anyone tried this?
