Parent Position Incumbent not getting defaulted

The parent position incumbent is not getting defaulted in ORC

Hi All,

We are implementing position management and position hierarchy and synchronization .There are some fields which get defaulted in ORC when creating a requisition using that position.

The expectation  is , when creating a requisition using a particular position , the hiring manager field should get defaulted to the parent's position's incumbent. I know this   isn't possible. . Has anyone come across this situation . Is there any workaround for this?. Any insight will help.
