Hi.

I have a requirement that all suppliers to be registered in the ERP must be registered through the Brazilian government website.

It is common that when registering the supplier, companies make inquiries about their registration status with government agencies (http://servicos.receita.fazenda.gov.br/Servicos/cnpjreva/Cnpjreva_Solicitacao.asp?cnpj=) where from the national register of legal entities (CNPJ) it is possible to obtain data such as Supplier Name, Address, Zip Code, City, State, Registration Status and Date of Registration Status.

 

And only after the registration validation (When the Registration Status is equal to ATIVA) is the use of the supplier in the company allowed.
