OTBI Workforce Trends - Time Column Values Are not Accurate or are Blank

Calendar Quarter and Calendar Month do not render correctly in the report

We have a requirement to show period active start and end headcount by different org structures (Business Unit, Department, Location, etc.) and by specific time periods (year, quarter, month). We've created a report in OTBI and the Calendar Year field renders correctly but Quarter gives a number and the Calendar Month field is blank. I've tried changing the column properties for Calendar Month to Abbreviated Month data format, but that does not work either. Does anyone know how to get these fields to populate correctly?
