I am new to Taleo Business Edition and have been asked by my HR department to look into ways we can improve our existing onboarding process which is at the moment is very manual. I am hoping to get some suggestions as to what we can do as I don't see any configuration options that can help us out either from within the application or from any of the help articles.
In our current process we assign several activity bundles for new employees at different time intervals (On their start date, one month after hire date, three months, six months and one year anniversary) and in order to assign these bundles at the appropriate times, we have to track all of our employees going through the onboarding process in an Excel spreadsheet with their start date and all of the activity bundle start dates calculated out. We then have to review this document weekly to see what new activity bundles need to be assigned that week.
