Hi All,

I recently made some changes to firewall, to open https ports and also installed httpd on my Oracle Cloud Linux instance (with SSL certificates). I am not sure what I did to **** up things, that now checking after 2 days, I am unable to connect to the instance using any client like putty or Winscp. I get 'Connection to the host is refused' error.

Is there any way I can resolve the issue and connect to the instance? I am using a always free instance.
