Guys,

Need to know whether system will allow submission of supplier response either through supplier portal or through surrogate response even after negotiation is closed. We have a negotiation wherein supplier response was not provided and negotiation got closed. Looks like system allows to provide surrogate response.

Is there any way wherein we again extend or make the negotiation back to active in these cases after negotiation gets closed automatically or manually updated.

Also please confirm if below process flow is correct for sourcing.

REQ --> Create Negotiation --> Publish Negotiation ---> Submit Supplier Response --> Close Negotiation --> Open Negotiation for Scoring--->Close Scoring --> Award Negotiation --> Award Supplier and Create Contract ---> Award submitted for Approval--> Award Approved --> Complete Award---> Add Lines to Contract ---> Create PO.
