Is there any way to capture the anonymised job applications in current ORC version ?

HI,

Currently Oracle does not provide any feature for anonymised job applciations.We have a strong rewuirement to use that feature.

is there any possible workaround anyone has tried and worked fine ?

Ideally,the infomration should be captured when candidate is filling the job application and it should only appear after certain stages of candidate selction process.

It would be reallly helpful if anyone can give some insights on this topic.
