Copy Order at StatusCode = "DOO_CREDIT_REVIEW_PENDING" then changing customer places the order at "DOO_CREDIT_REVIEW_PENDING" on Submit

Copy Order at StatusCode = "DOO_CREDIT_REVIEW_PENDING" then changing customer that should not go on Credit hold, places the order at "DOO_CREDIT_REVIEW_PENDING" on Submit

Is there a way to stop the order form going to StatusCode = "DOO_CREDIT_REVIEW_PENDING" I cannot see a field in the order header to update to stop the copied order going to the StatusCode = "DOO_CREDIT_REVIEW_PENDING"
