Use Individual Compensation Plan Features for HR and Comp OnlyContent
The way the individual compensation plan feature work it supports the Company's need to be able to create a plan that has options and eligibility that can be assigned to the respective employee at the time of hire or when the employee changes a job. However, it appears the functionality was intended for line managers but there isn't any functionality for HR and Compensation team members to manage and assign this to employees OR have plans auto-assigned. Have other customers set this up for the Compensation and HR teams to manage versus line managers? If so, how have you done
