Manage Sales Lead Channel Type

We are using Standard field (ChannelType) when creating a sales Lead, the field is a choice list for (Lead Channel (MKL_LEAD_CHANNEL_SETID)).
Our lead can be created from different channels, like Branches using Lead pages in Sales Cloudand automatically using Eloqua and Webservices.
In Lead Creation Pages, I have the Channel Type field where the user can choose different choices like (walkin, phone, sales visit, SMS, Eloqua, etc). My list is growing bigger, and it's getting confusing for the user. I would like to limit the number of choices to want the user is actually using (Walkin, phone,sales visit), while the other choices are actually used automatically and has to be hidden from the user.
