Career section can we extract candidates details that didn’t apply?

Hello ,

We would like to trace the candidates that reached the Career section (either from the LinkedIn or any other way to the career section page ) ,and didn’t log in Either - didn’t put the password ,or didn’t even put the username, or logged in but didn’t apply for any requisition ,just logged into the portal.

Is this information kept in the DB and can be reached ?
