We have an Employee Supplemented Life Insurance Plan setup with 7 options (1x-5x, 500K, and Waive).  Based on the plan design, employees can elect coverage up to 3x or 500K at hire or increase 1 multiple to 500K without requiring Evidence of Insurability.  We created the 500K option to be used as interim coverage while people complete EOI or if EOI if denied, its the option with maximum benefit for them.  This works fine, but the benefits department has an additional requirement to prevent the employee from selecting this level of coverage.  They should only be able to select 1x-5x and
