Uploading OJET application as a service in webview not working certain features

hosted webview App in ODA from oracle JET not working with the conveyor belt feature

I created a single page application using oracle JET framework. I created date and time picker, and I used dropdown to select time. when I  created new service and uploaded the .tgz package file of the Single page application(SPA in Oracle Digital Assistant webview it works well. but when I changed the dropdown to conveyor belt to select time in oracle JET, it was properly working when I tested the SPA locally. but when I uploaded it to ODA webview it is not working. so I created to service to test both one for SPA with dropdown to select time and
