We currently have the education block set to allow users to enter free text in the Institution field (Other Institution). We're exploring changing this setting to lock down the field so that candidates must pick a value from the selection list. Does anyone else not allow users to enter free text? If so, did you have issues with resume parsing and applying with LinkedIn? During our testing, the institution value was always parsed into the "Other Institution" field and would trigger an error message even if the value is in the Institution list.
