Editable checkbox in BIP Report

Need a checkbox in report where users can check/uncheck

Hello - We have a requirement where the BIP report should display checkboxes with options and the users should be able to check/uncheck the values based on their needs. We were able to add checkbox through RTF layout however unable to edit it in any format.

Have anyone done similar requirements? Any directions please?
