Can a requisition be assigned to a Recruiting team rather than an individual recruiter

Recruiter dropdown can have some generic "Recruiting Team" value which has all recruiters

We have a requirement that when Hiring Managers raise the requisition they have to select a recruiter under Hiring Team.Is it possible that instead of having to search and select an individual recruiter from the dropdown they can select a "Recruiting Team" in the dropdown and this recruiting team has all the recruiters.

The requirement is critical for us coz Hiring Managers do not necessarily know who the recruiter would be and would want to select something generic from dropdown instead of selecting individual recruiters.
