Cornwall Council went live with Oracle HCM, for HR and Payroll and ERP for finance processing in April 20 (yep, in lockdown!)
We had a successful go live but are still managing issues mainly resulting from new ways of working which is still taking up considerable time. Our reporting resource is busy working on priority reports to help the business function, so we are keen to release some simple 'out of the box' reports for line mangers to self serve, whilst we catch up. Things such as headcount/FTE, sickness absence etc - just basic manager information. Whist we trawl through the report that come as standard, I thought it would be worth posing the question here in the hope of shortcutting this
