Our clients got the practice of running Start plan jobs for few days of the initial phase of compensation cycle to bring in all the required workers into compensation plan. Few employees gets limited eligibility if they don't satisfy plan Eligiblity criteria and if their employees gets Eligiblity for plan. But during compensation admin review , clients find that employee has data issues and they correct in assignment page.
