Hello Folks

We have a requirement where in our escalation notifications get routed to the immediate manager if they are not actioned in specified number of days.

So this creates a problem when people reporting to our CEO do not action the notification and they get escalated.

We want to avoid these notifications going to the CEO.

I tried to look for options with in Fusion and I was not able to find any.

Please help us with any possible workarounds?
