Off the Record Question


In the off the record  dialog, clicking on Send or pressing <Enter> takes you out of "off the record" mode.  Is there anyway to not have <Enter> do this and only the Send button.  What is happening is if the customer is providing multiple lines of info such as name, address, cc#, expiration date, etc. every time he hits the enter key the chat comes out of off the record mode.  He'd have to click the off the record button again to continue providing each line of personal info.  We are getting lot of personal info in the transcript and it's not PCI compliant so we need to
