CSV Format Report is not populating file

CSV Format Report is not populating file

Hi Friends,

I have created BIP Report and selected  CSV format ( Tab delimited)  when I run report I do see report in CSV format but I can't save it as .csv. Also when  schedule a report it didn't generate file. 

Any Idea what I'm missing?
