Custom "LEVEL" field data is not reflecting in assignment page after transfer to core HR process

The scenario here is when the compensation manager is exporting the worksheet from worksheet display task and he is updating the custom "Level" field if there is any promotion for any employee and he will upload the worksheet and when the transfer to core hr process is run in the assignment page it is not reflecting with the updated value.

Can anyone please help on this.
