Derive a segment value based on Project Legal Entity using TAB on PO, Requisition

We want to derive a segment in the Charge, Accrual and Variance accounts on PO and Requisition based on the Project Legal Entity. We are unable to find that as a source to use in Account Rules.

We are able to see that as a source while creating Mapping set but unable to use that in the Transaction Account Definition since it does not activate if we use a rule with this mapping set in it.

Please suggest a way to achieve this functionality.
