Posting Global Opportunities that can 'sit' in various regions
Summary
Best process and system design to solicit global applicantsContent
We are a manufacturing company with a global footprint. Our requisition disqualification questions are currently country specific and drive from Location>Region>Country listed in the requisition.
At times, we have certain 'high-level' positions that could be "conducted from" and/or be "filled by" Associates across the globe - China, Japan, Germany, US, etc.
In order to have applicants within each region complete the appropriate disqualification questions, and U.S. applicants complete required Diversity/Disability forms, we find ourselves having to post a requisition per region, to which we ask the local Associates to apply.
