Exclude contingent worker from compensation plan

We are newly adding salaried contingent workers into HCM cloud and have a requirement to make all the contingent workers excluded from the compensation plan

Our HCM cloud system is currently supporting only employees and now we are newly adding salaried contingent workers into the system. We have a requirement to make all the contingent workers excluded from a work force compensation plan. When I say excluded, we don't want to see any contingent contingent workers in the manager worksheet or worksheet export report, not even in Ineligible status. The reason being even employees in ineligible status are displayed in manager worksheet and don't want to display any contingent workers in the worksheet. Please note that the this compensation plan is a worker budget plan
