Can anyone please provide the path/area where ORC Approval emails AND System Notifications are now stored?

Someone very kindly already shared where the Job Requisition Template is held in BIP, but where are system notifications now configured?

We now have 3 areas it seems in 20B, Alerts Composer, Content Library and BIP but I can't seem to find where the notifications are stored.
