In Reports under "Hired Date" showing Today's date
Summary
I am trying to build a report and Hired date is showing as todayContent
I created a report with the Candidate tab under Reports, but for all the candidate who does not are not hired still there Hire date is showing as Today's date. even I used the expression " if(ISNULL([REQU|REQU-REQU_CAND|CAND-REQU_CAND|hiredDate])) "NOT HIRED" else ([REQU|REQU-REQU_CAND|CAND-REQU_CAND|hiredDate]) " Still showing Today's date for all who are not hired and same this is happenig with the Offerd date. Could anyone let me know where the problem is?
