Unable to Produce Data on 1099 Payments Report

Hello,

I have been unable to produce results on the 1099 payments report despite setting up a supplier for income tax. The supplier has a TIN, and is checked for Federal Reporting. The supplier site has been marked as an Income Tax reporting site.

To test, I have created an invoice for this supplier, noting that on the distribution the income tax fields are populated, notably the Income Tax Type. I have payed the invoice, and cleared the payment. Both the invoice and payment accounted successfully, and are booked to the same BSV under the same BU. This same BSV is associated with the reporting entity I have setup. Is there anything else that needs to be considered?
