Coordinated Fusion-Taleo refresh vs independent Fusion refresh

Summary

What happens if we do an independent Fusion P2T(or T2T) for environments wired with Taleo?

Content

Hello

We are trying to make an environment plan for a new project and have a question about coordinated refreshes. We have some Fusion environments and they have their wired Taleo environments. We have found that we need to refresh Fusion environments more frequently than their Taleo counterparts and are wondering if we can refresh Fusion environments independently. I have read Oracle documentation which says that though this is possible, it may lead to data integrity issues.

Has anyone tried refreshing only Fusion part of the environments out of the wired set? If yes, what sort of issues did you face?

Howdy, Stranger!
