Hello,

We are testing 20B and have encountered BUG 31430307 - FLUID DEEP LINKS DO NOT WORK WHEN SSO IS ACTIVATED

The bug has not been published to customers yet. The bug has been escalated and is actively being worked by the Oracle Development team. They do not have an ETA for when this will be fixed.

 

The links are for the correspondences. The issue is that even if the task is assigned to you, if you click the link, you will get an error message. This affects requisition approvals.
