How do you see who processed a salary change without pulling a report?

We can't see who processed a salary change in the Change Salary task area

Is there a way to view information such as 'last updated by' and/or 'last update date' in the Change Salary task area? We can see the salary history section but it does not contain any of that type of data.

I know that there is a subject area that would allow us to pull a report on this information however it just seems odd that its not available on the Change Salary page similar to how you can see 'last updated by' and 'last update date' in the Manage Employment task area. It would be beneficial to be able to see that information on the spot as you are examining an individual's salary history.
