In Legacy Recruiting we receive a pop-up from our vendor confirming that a background check was initiated but we do not receive this pop-up when background check in manually requested in Fluid 19D.

In Legacy Recruiting we receive a pop-up window from our vendor confirming that a manually requested background check was initiated but we do not receive this pop-up when a background check in manually requested in Fluid. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? We are currently on 19D. Thanks!
