How do managers view goals for a terminated employee?

How do managers view goals for a terminated employee?

Content

Maybe I'm completely overlooking it, but I'm not seeing a way for managers to bring up goals for a terminated employee.  We have a situation right now where the manager needs to view/print them (to give to the terminated employee), but can't (and nether can the HR Specialist - that'll be another question I post).  On My Team > Performance Overview, the filter field for assignment status does not include an option for inactive assignments.  There has to be a way for managers to access them, right?  What am I missing?
