Duplicate Competencies are Displaying When Manager Added a Competence

Summary

Competencies are getting Duplicated when Manager added competencies.

Content

Noted that Competence profile allowed to have duplicate competencies with different proficiency ratings in the same employee competence profile. 

 

Can somebody explain this behavior? 

 

This creates issues for reporting and RM/Project integrations.
