Segregating Locations when raising a requisition

We have a significant number of locations and in EBS we have a customisation that limits the locations the requester sees. What are my options in Cloud?

We have a significant number of locations, and in EBS we have a customisation that limits the locations the requester sees. This has been based upon a default cost centre held against the employee.

What are my options in Cloud?

I know I could segregate by business unit by having different sets of locations, and I could segregate by inventory organisations.

The set option will still leave a significant number of locations to choose from. The second may mean a large number of inventory organisations.
