Text Behavior in TEST Env ASO Cube

Imported Text Data not mapping correctly in Test only

We import our actuals via a text file. The exact same file is used to import the data in Production; however columns with text data are not correctly mapping in Test. The numeric data is correct but all of the text is incorrect. I included screenshots of each environment as an example. I looked at the dimension solve order, data storage  and consolidation options and the two environments are set up the exact same. Is there somewhere else to look? Is there a setting that I may have missed? Has anyone else seen this before?
