Fluid Offers - Cannot get past "rotate your device to landscape mode" message

I have a huge All-in-One desktop PC I use to support my company's recruiters using Chrome or Edge. Our STG environment was just upgraded to 20B.2 and I cannot create/edit an offer using Fluid. When I click More Actions > Create an offer (or if I trying to edit an existing offer), I see the message "Please rotate your device to landscape mode. Creating and editing offers is supported in landscape mode only."

I found this article "Fluid Recruiting - Rotate Your Device to Landscape Mode Message ( Doc ID 2677509.1 )", which simply says to set my "device to landscape". When I go to my Windows 10 settings, my device is already set to landscape.  And the only landscape setting I see in Chrome is when I go to print, but it didn't fix the problem when I changed that setting to landscape.
